John Cooper – Founder, Pyxis Ventures

Founder and Managing Director of Pyxis Ventures.  Prior to founding Pyxis Ventures in February 2009 John was the Managing Director of Teleca UK , responsible for an annual turnover of $16 million, and a staff of 150 people.  John was responsible for the growth of Teleca’s business into significant new markets including Symbian, Windows Mobile, Android and Adobe Flash.

Prior to his UK role John was the Director of the Smartphones business for Teleca Globally and over 4 years built Teleca’s business as part of the Symbian Ecosystem to a $32 million per annum revenue business.

David O’Neil – Associate US and Advisory

David has over 10 years experience working in mobile solutions delivery and a successful background in mobile technology start ups.  Having been one of the early members of the anywhereyougo.com mobile internet lab in London, David defined the WAP test product that was later acquired by Argo Group.

He has worked in Strategic Business Development for one of the world’s largest mobile software services groups selling solutions and managing relationships with leading Bluechip clients in the mobile sector including: Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Sony Ericsson, Qualcomm, Nuance and many others.
